Free Leggings sewing pattern – SINA PANTS
We love leggings! They are an indispensable part of any wardrobe and are such a comfortable and versatile piece of clothing!
Our SINA PANTS have a body-hugging cut. The particularly wide, elastic waistband ensures a reliable hold. It is precisely this wide waistband that makes the leggings so interesting, sewn from stretch denim, jersey elastane or an imitation leather, the trousers are suitable for everyday use and can also be combined with cropped tops. But SINA PANTS are also an absolute eye-catcher in combination with an oversize pullover or long shirt blouses.
The free leggings pattern is designed with dividing seams. So you can use different fabrics and patterns to achieve a cool biker look. If you don’t like that, you can of course put the templates together and cut the trouser legs out of one piece of fabric, ( remember to minus the seam allowence)
FABRIC RECOMMENDATION
The trousers are designed for stretchy fabrics. We recommend all elastic fabrics that contain more than 3% elastane. Functional fabrics, bengalin, stretch denim, denim joggers, suede and imitation leather with about 6% elastane are the perfect choice for this model.
Andrea (frau_maerz) sewed the leggings out of artificial leather item no.: 200295.
Are you a fabric dealer? We have selected some beautiful fabrics with a high proportion of elastane for you! Check these out on our online shop!
